Privacy Policy

Littlest Dreamer ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by an individual sole proprietor. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. If you have any questions, email hi@littlestdreamer.app.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data — email address, and (if you sign in with Google or Apple) the display name they share with us.
• User ID — a unique account identifier issued by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Sleep schedules and nap logs you create — the times, durations, tags, and notes you enter for your baby. This is stored against your account so it syncs across your devices.
• Subscription data — if you upgrade to premium, our payment processor (Stripe on the web, Apple in-app purchases on iOS) issues us a customer or transaction identifier and a status flag. We do not see or store your card details.
• Diagnostic data — basic error information is captured locally on your device to help you and us troubleshoot. We do not run analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs, and we do not transmit error logs off your device automatically.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your data synced across your devices.
• To generate the schedules and insights the app is built to provide.
• To process subscription payments and grant or revoke premium access.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to track you across other apps or websites.

Where it lives

• Supabase (auth + database hosting) — stores your account and your sleep data. supabase.com/privacy
• Stripe (web payments) — handles subscription checkout and billing on the web. We never receive your card details. stripe.com/privacy
• Apple (iOS in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple) — handles iOS subscriptions and Apple-based sign-in. apple.com/legal/privacy
• Google (Sign in with Google) — handles Google-based sign-in. policies.google.com/privacy
• Vercel (web hosting) — serves the website. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Children

The app is intended for parents and caregivers. The user account belongs to the adult who signs in. The app stores information about a baby (sleep times, age in months) but does not collect personal information directly from children, and is not directed at children. Please do not create an account if you are under 13.

Your rights

You can:

• Export or delete your account data at any time — email us at hi@littlestdreamer.app and we will action the request within 30 days.
• Cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (or via Apple's subscription settings on iOS). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Retention

We keep your account and sleep data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep payment records for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years for transaction records).

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted by row-level security so each account can only see its own rows. We do not store passwords directly — authentication is delegated to our identity provider.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
