Littlest Dreamer

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

By creating an account or using Littlest Dreamer ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions? Email hi@littlestdreamer.app.

What the app does

Littlest Dreamer generates suggested baby sleep schedules and lets you log naps, view trends, and share schedules. It is a planning and tracking tool only.

Not medical advice. Littlest Dreamer does not provide medical, psychological, or developmental advice. Schedules and insights are general guidance based on common sleep patterns by age. Every baby is different. Consult your pediatrician for any questions about your child's sleep, health, or development. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you saw in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe to a paid plan. The app is intended for parents and caregivers managing a child's sleep on the child's behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

Subscriptions and billing

Refunds

Web subscriptions: refund requests should be sent to hi@littlestdreamer.app. We generally honor refund requests made within 14 days of purchase if the premium features have not been substantively used. iOS subscriptions: refunds are handled by Apple — request through your Apple ID purchase history.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to do anything illegal, harmful, or that interferes with other users. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service or scrape it at scale. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

The data you enter (sleep logs, notes, schedules) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the service to you. We won't sell it or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details on handling.

Service availability

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the entire service we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that scheduling suggestions will fit your child, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
